  1. Promote and develop the English competency for undergraduate students. The expected minimum test score on the Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) or an equivalent test is 500
  2. Engage the students in academic services to the industry and external research units. The number of participating students should be at least 20 per year
  3. Publish in international journals that are approved by the Thailand Research Fund (TRF), with a minimum target of 0.5 journal articles/faculty member/year
  4. Encourage and expect at least 20% of graduate students to publish their research works in international journals that are approved by the TRF
  5. Manage the annual budget in the systematic, transparent, and accessible ways
  6. Maintain fairness and justice in the department-management practices and staff-performance evaluation
  7. Create and maintain a clear and concrete plan for human-resource management and development
